Estate Map is an educational information tool designed to help you understand potential inheritance tax outcomes. The service provides illustrative calculations based on the information you input.

Estate Map does not provide financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Nothing on this site constitutes a personal recommendation or advice tailored to your specific circumstances. All information is general in nature and for educational purposes only.

We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and do not provide regulated financial services. We do not assess the suitability or appropriateness of any course of action for your individual situation.

You are solely responsible for:

The calculator is free to use. Payment is required to access premium features including PDF report downloads. Plans start from £19/month (Pro Monthly), £149/year (Pro Annual), or £39 one-time (31-Day Pass). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if requested.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method

Pro Monthly Subscription

• Cancel anytime via your account dashboard
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Access continues until end of current billing period

Pro Annual Subscription

• Cancel anytime via your account dashboard
• Pro-rata refund available if requested within first 30 days (day of purchase counts as day 1)
• After 30 days: no refund, but access continues until end of annual period

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@estatemapcalc.co.uk with:

• Your email address used at purchase
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

• Duplicate purchases: Accidental duplicate purchases are always refunded in full
• Technical issues: If you experienced technical problems preventing use of the service, contact us for a case-by-case review
• Payment method issues: If your original payment method is unavailable (e.g., expired card), we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method

All refund requests are processed in UK time (GMT/BST). We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse.
